Got my final report recently. I ordered the diamond package so was kind of expecting big results having read reviews and seen the SERP changes in the OP. Unfortunately due to google algorithm changes i've lost SERP positions, so did not get the results I wanted. My keywords were very competitive though so any changes would have been small.

With that plus my own backlinking is hard to tell what kind of impact this had. Might let the site settle and age a bit, then try this again for some other keywords in the future!

I am sincerely sorry you did not see the gains that you were expecting. We definitely enjoyed working with you. I noticed that unfortunately your site did get hit with the google algorithm changes - which as you know, is out of our control.

To account for the recent google changes, we have added a few new features and replaced a couple over the last week. This will ultimately give clients even better results and provide a higher level of service.

I was checking my Client Portal and my project was on stage "Article Marketing Robot Submissions milestone - completed" on the very same day the service went on 10 days hiatus.

However I've been checking if there's any increase of backlinks in these past 10 days and so far there has been zero new backlinks so I'm assuming that you didn't yet complete the "Article Marketing Robot Submissions milestone" even though it says completed?

I'm seeing that the next milestone in my project is "Submit Articles to paid networks", due in few days.

Should I open a support ticket to make sure I'm getting the Article Marketing Robot Submissions milestone completed as well?

Yahoo site explorer can take months to update the backlinks so it may take a little while to show up However, we will be doing new and additional submissions for all projects (details will be on the client portal this weekend) so we'll keep you fully updated and informed along the way.

We appreciate your patience while we dealt with some technical issues. Google recently significantly changed the way it values FREE article directory links, and we wanted to be sure that our service was maximizing the gains for your sites. To account for the recent Google changes, we have made some adjustments.

1) previously, we were submitting to a wide variety of free article marketing sites. However, Google no longer recognizes many of the free sites and the links are not beneficial to your website. Therefore, we have removed the free auto approve article directories from our service and are submitting articles to only the paid networks and manual approval reputable sites. @dknyrob, The auto approve free directories have been removed and replaced by a web 2.0 linkwheel. All of the paid networks & manual approve free article sites are still included.

We have also added a service to help with indexing links, this should help with crawl rates and the number of article urls that get indexed.

We believe this will be a much greater service with the new changes, we took our time and developed a great workaround to the changes with the end goal of better client results and more value in mind.

My Review of the service.... I ordered their Diamond package (highest one)
I intentionally waited to give this review to see if time played a factor.

All in all, I thought their communication was decent. However, I was very dissapointed by the serp movement. To be honest I purchase services all the time and get more movement from some services for around $25 I was a bit stupid in that I did supply them with 3 secondary keywords that i could have easily ranked myself so they used that to justify the service. I did however specify that my main keyword was my primary target. All in all my main keyword did not move...slight dance of one position up/down but overall i would say its not worth the money at all...not even close.

Sorry i hate to give this review but for $250 you need to provide a bit more tangible value...As far as i am concerned i just wasted $250
