It's not clear what information you need from us?
Do I give you the niche and you will choose the keywords? Do I need to purchase the domain with the same keyword name?

Is there a chance that I can have the review offer?

Nothing I need. I will choose everything. Unless you must have a specific niche, I can choose one out, along with some nice keywords. It will be your site, I am making it, doing keyword research, article writing, etc. So yes, a domain will be your responsibility.

Yes you can have the 2nd review copy, as said in the thread it is $37.

Do we have to buy the domain ourselves? What domain extensions would be available upon you researching the keywords? Another thing about your guarantees for rankings, what sort of guarantee do you provide for the main keyword? top 10? top20?

I am going to use some basic SEO tactics with this. ScrapeBox commenting, small Xrumer blast and some social bookmarking to kick it in gear and then post results here of any income from it

I don't include the domain, but the keywords are low competition so the domain is usually available. However, if the domain is not available, there is usually my{keyword}.com or {keyword}.com and same deal for .info, etc.
I don't include SEO, however please stay aware that I might be including a little SEO deal for a few extra bucks.
