Not sure i understand what you want.
I spin articles, text files, word documents and comment files, if you want me to spin a blog post then copy the post and send it to me in txt, doc or docx for then yes i can spin it.

How long it takes depend on current orders on hand, generally i completed most orders within same day unless it is a big order then it might take a day or two.

Ive been using this service for quite some time now and thought I would throw a review in just in case your on the fence on whether to try it or not.

about a month ago I began a new niche. I targeted a keyword that had 177 million results in google. I was'nt too worried about that because i was in this one for the long run and not just to make a quick buck. I began designing my landing page and setting up seo etc. You guys know the drill.
As far as all of that goes I am very good and efficient at. The one skill i really lack is spinning articles. To be honest I suck at it. I can spin articles just fine but they usually end up unreadable or it looks like a 4 year old wrote them. Thats when I stumbled across this service. Thank you for the question.
If by specific keyword you mean words that should remain intact, in other words they don't get spun, or changed then yes can do. I refer to dose as Stopwords.

You will note when ordering, and listed under what to give me in the thread, i mention to give me stop words. Just add them to the top of the articles or just mention it in the email; "don't spin these words"

Normally these will be like your main keywords that you prefer not change.

You would need to change "{" to "[" = i.e find and replace.

You also mentioned that you get charged by PP.

If I Click tab - "Send Money" then below Click tab "Personal payment" then select - "shared expenses".

You will receive a total payment and I will not be charged.

You can just aked me at the time of ordering and i can change the brackets used in the spyntax or i can change the devider as well. So if you want the spintax to look like this (word-word-word-) or word\word\word), it is not a problem just let me know when you order what you want me to use

Yes Paypal charge a fee to the seller: If i sell 1 article @ $1.55 then after the paypal fee i get $ 1.19

You can learn more about the fee : ( I am currentely in Thailand so that is the currency shown).

What fees apply?
There are 2 scenarios where you Request Money.
1. Requesting for payment for goods (Online Purchases)
As a receiver of the payment (i.e. seller), you only need to pay a low fee, ranging from 2.9% to 3.9% of the amount plus a small flat fee of ฿11 THB. For transactions involving currency conversion, a processing fee of 2.5% above the exchange rate will apply. This processing fee is retained by PayPal. Click here for more info.
These fees will apply to you when the sender selects "Online Purchases" when sending money through PayPal. We do not levy any fee to the sender of the payment (i.e. buyer)
