Hello ! I am looking for a payment gateway that processes PayPal payments and that can pay me via AlertPay/Moneybookers or Bank Transfer (in Euro to France).

I want one that will allow me to sell PayPal VCCs. I want to receive $5, my customers shouldn't pay more than $6. I also want one that accepts individuals (not forcely a registered company).

Yeah they asking docs + they accept only companies.

You may find one working now but it may not live forever because paypal is cracking down in 3rd party processors recently. So if you are looking for a healty and non-headache solution for yourself, your best bet should be to create your own paypal account if you have the chance to do so. If you are in a situation that you can not do it on your name (tax purpose) , i suggest you to register an offshore company which you can hold a paypal with. Sooner or later you will need it, if you are looking to make big bucks.

PayPal blocked my accounts (fully verified and clean payments). I want one that will accept PayPal for me and pay me via bank. Yeah I could register an offshore company but will they still approve me ? I sell PayPal VCCs and I'm obliged to decline alot of customers that want to pay with PayPal.

What do you mean " blocked your accounts " ? They asked for docs and you provided them ? They cant just go ahead and disable your account overnight without any explanation. So please give further information about that for me to help you better.

I understand your situation. Most of the IM people having problems with paypal but unfortunately there is no alternative to it. If you register an offshore company and have all the company docs in your hand, you can upload the data once they lock your account and get it activated again easily.

As i told you in my previous post. Dont lose time trying to find such a 3rd party payment processor. Paypal does not like these 3rd parties and so it will not be a long time healthy solution for you even if u can find one working now.

My accounts were verified with real CC and bank account.
I provided all documents (France) but they decided to stop my account.
I was making too many transactions and they felt that I was not legit. Still, I can withdraw my funds in 180 days but even with a new account (even merchant) they will block me if I make alot of transactions (especially if I sell PAYPAL VCCS !).

By the way, please stop saying that PayPal doesn't like these payment gateways and closes them. They themself promote them ! I am talking about gateways like 2Co, Plimus, FastSpring... Anyways if you have something interesting to suggest you can still do. Thx!

It is very obvious that paypal is aware of what you are selling and that is why they disabled your account. So you are already blocked from their services. You should have protected and make a cover for what u selling once your account was active but it passed already. So you are right to look up for new solutions.

I have already suggested you a long-living solution. But you are free to try any of the services mentinoed in the thread above and get your cash out until you run out of all these services and come into my suggestion

So this means paypal does not like people that gets a lot of 5 $ transactions from various people ? That is not also written in their AUP . That is an unnecesarry discussion which also will not help you resolve your current problem anyway.
