I have been working on the internet with a friend of mine and we want to establish a business. Pay taxes and all that hoopla. What I can't seem to find on Canada's website, is how to actually do it.

I would like to ask:

- Do we register as an incorporation or a corporation?
- Do we register provincially or federally?
- When I try to use the online service it asks:

Please select one of the following services: (Required)
Enhanced Business Name Search
Business Name Registration

- Where can I go to do all this in person and get all the necessary info?
