Ok so i have plan to open an offshore company in hong kong and the merchant account in hong kong , i read few thread about it, and now i'am not that is correct.

Some people recommand to open a company in wherever (panama for example) and open the bank account in a different location (like cyprus), i didn't know that was possible easy like this.

That sux to open company in hong kong to sell replicas or not? what do you suggere?

Open a company AND a offshore account in different location, make you more anonymous?

The point is not really to make you more anonymous, but to make it harder to legally get to your money because of the separation between the legal entity of your corporation and your corporate financial assets. So if someone comes along and nails your company for whatever dodgy shit you're doing, they then have another set of legal hurdles to jump over (in another jurisdiction) to get to your money.

Hong Kong corp + Singapore bank account is a popular combo.

I was guessing it's harder to have a payment gateway, if the bank and the company is not in the same country ? I'am not right, i think... it's just doesnt matter right?

Ok so if i want to open my company in HK i don't have to go, but for singapour i must sign document in person, with my id, have they got a good law for secret bank? How i should do?
