I want to create an offshore IBC to run some sites using AdSense and Amazon affiliate program. I was wondering which is the cheapest structure while:

• Avoiding tax.
• Paying money (e.g. hosting) and receiving money (e.g. AdSense) without disclosing personal information. I guess I would need a bank account, billing address, credit card, etc.

Which countries are the best for establishing the IBC?
How can I pay and receive money without disclosing personal information (name, address, etc.)?
