I have created a website. It's a pay per lead website. Basically i'm like a middle man between the people who look for something and the one who actually sell it.

The thing is I cannot get how to make customers sign up!

The account is free of charge. In fact, I offer value and give them $20 once they sign up and they can use those money to pay for customers. Once they ran out of bonus money they will pay only when we find them customer and they accept the job! No monthly fees, nothing! It's a win - win situation! No reason for them not to sign up!

I tried to send them direct emails but the register % was really really low! I tried Fb, Twitter ... nothing barely 15 clients from all of this.

Also I tried posting on forums, still nothing ... Now I'm trying Fb ads. It's not going well either.

This business has huge potential. I'm working on SEO 4 months already and I can feel that I'm near. I'm constant and work really hard for it every single day! The site has more then 30K and PR3 already. (it used to be brand new)
The thing is even if i reach #1 for the keywords I target they aren't the right keywords for clients ( I mean, if i am a website that has listed all web designers worldwide and you're looking for web designer, I'm betting on keywords that you'll use to find web designer, the thing is how to reach the web designers themself and make them sign up for my service ~it's kinda hard to explain, i hope you get my point~)

Any ideas are welcome! Cuz i'm clueless already !
