anyone can tell me a serious provider who can sells me a fully verified usa paypal account?
i am not a usa citizen but i have an llc in delaware. i'd like to use that paypal account with that llc.
in this great forum i've seen many sellings that, but don't know which is the most affidable.

Have you opened a bank account with the Delaware LLC? Think that might be a great place to start. Think you can use a bank like ALLY.com to do so.

Also do you have an EIN from the IRS?

With any LLC you must have an "Agent" for service of legal documents. What address did you use as the "physical address" for your LLC?

With the Bank account, EIN and LLC can't you just get a business account with PayPal?
