Gold 101: Avoid Taxes & Lawsuits

Hey guys, was wondering if anyone has EXPERIENCE -- no armchair theorists please -- with running a large site that may be grey or black market, providing customers a service or product they want, but not totally legal, and you ended up taking $ out or transferring it to buy Gold, either eGold or Gold stored in a vault somewhere?

1-How do you get everything anonymous with such a public display, so in the spotlight?

2-How did you get the money "out"? I can open a paypal now, sure, i dont need anything. I can even get money to it with almost nothing... but taking it out anonymously, thats a whole different can of worms, so paypal becomes a pretty s***ty choice. Add to that you're doing LARGE volumes, and now the discussion has changed entirely

3-Assuming you did that in 2, how did you use it to buy gold, and how did you make sure that your gold was not some ripoff fly by night operation, and it was safe from prying eyes, governments, etc?

Looking for people with EXPERIENCE here, people who make craploads of money because I've made a decent amount and am on the verge of making a f***ton... looking for possibly a friend/ally for life in this thing, as weird as that sounds. We gotta stick together because this world is quickly falling into disarray... just look at the situation in the US, socially, economically, politically... disaster. Google Ron Paul btw people... our only hope, heh.

Ok I'm debating if English is your first language or you're just hard to follow, but you're talking about how to get your funds (propagated from black market/shady business and backed in Gold buillion) into useable untraced cash for you?

First off if you have gotten yourself into an illegal business and backed yourself in American gold bullion your screwed; most gold bullion in the states has serials it's near impossible to launder.

Second you are a moron for doing something that highly illegal and trying to push through gold. We are blackhat people, we may use slightly frowned upon (but perfectly legal) tactics to market websites and make money but we are not black market hound dogs.

If you want advice about investing in gold or other stocks I'm happy to discuss it, but I'm not going to help you in moving illegal funds, especially when you claim you've made a "fuckton" of money, I find usually people that use that term to describe their financials usually end up in jail with-in the year.

Hound dogs? What do you think I'm doing, pushing crack? I'm doing probably less "illegal" things than "you" are... and I don't know why you need to differentiate between the two of us. I found a great resource with knowledgeable people, that's it.

I apologize if it seems poorly written, it was, and English is my first language. In order to send PMs I had to make 15 posts, so I did them a bit haphazardly.

I'll rephrase my whole OP:

I'm doing stuff that is not legal by the IRS standards, and grey in other areas, but I'm not selling drugs or hurting people. I don't consider myself a hound dog. When I sel1 something, all parties are happy ... just like US gov raiding Amish "unpasteurized" milk farms, and moms protesting in the streets -- get it? However, in the US your government now owns you, and you are a slave in bondage. This is not anarchist rhetoric, it is the truth and what we'ved devolved into. If you'd like me to explain why the IRS is pure evil, well, you're just not googling enough.Our government now resorts to citizen whistleblowers, spying on their neighbors. The FBI is afraid of the IRS and the power it wields. Regardless, I don't like the idea of paying the hard earned fruits of my labor to help buy 3 more seconds of paying off the interest alone on the federal debt created by a corrupt federal reserve system.

Next, is the economy. It is in shambles, so gold is a smart move. If Ron Paul does not get the GOP nomination, I've advised my family in the US to sell their house, because things are going to get much, much worse. Runaway inflation is a near certainty.

So, in conclusion, how to invest in gold, safely, as anonymously as possible, using cash as a starting point.

Hi I'm a crazy consipracy nut ... if you are trying to get funds washed, you need a whole new identify with legal residence in a foreign country ... i heard Libya is nice this time of year ... also then you would need a foreign bank account that deals with just numbers and not personal info regardless of assuming you have a bullet proof identity in order. (kiss switzerland goodbye) After that you use your bank account to transfer currency not U.S Currency, cause that would be just dumb, since your a genius and already have this anonamous bank account in order to bit coin. Then after that you need a real credit card, because I've never heard of a prepaid credit card that equals F***Ton on money.

Whew .... ..... ok had to take a break. Now you need to find product ... kk cool you got it, cause your the man and you got a lot of money

... now you make a website to easy ... oh wait a minute you gotta find a " life partner" who you can trust

... hmm kinda stumped, but i'll skip this part cause you seem like a people person and should have no issues. So the website is made, now you gotta advertise for it ... gonna be tough bro, not many companies accept black market items ... google adwords ? ... nah probably not.

Well, while I appreciate your reply, it was never funny enough to laugh out loud because your tone is kinda creepy. What I got out of YOUR post was "Hi Im a weird jealous little online troll who spends countless hours armchair theorizing about stuff I have no idea about. I have time to flame some rando guy who joined this site 2 days ago just looking for help. I, am funny."

I don't think I'm a conspiracy nut, I think "better safe than sorry." Also, it seems you have no idea what you're talking about, and I clearly asked for people with experience, not armchair theorists.

I don't need a "partner," all my partners are all in real life. The anonymous/financial stuff falls on me. I would like someone who KNOWS what the hell they're talking about, does their own thing with Bit Coin or a website or whatever it is, and we can shoot ideas off eachother periodically. THAT is what I meant... someone who knows what they're doing, which is clearly not you.

So to the intelligent people with creative ideas on all this stuff, who have EXPERIENCE, please post, and thanks for your time!

Bitcoin is backed by nothing. Even fiat currencies like the US Dollar, are at least backed by a government promise, however weak that promise is.

"Money," is something with an inherent value, and is used as a "medium of exchange." Just like sugar in the West Indies and shells with the Native Americans, gold fits both of these, and has historically been the most reliable "money." Bitcoin only fits the medium of exchange, and will crash, and people will lose a LOT of money. Its principle is even WORSE than the inflated US Dollars we use... eek, what a scam.

This is not a scam by one person or one group of people... I say "scam" to mean the scamming of people's thought processes and knowledge of finance/economics. It doesn't make sense at all, and this is why you see such INSANELY dramatic rises and falls in bitcoin "exchange" rates. It was more than $20 less than a year ago, only 3$ now! It only depends on people's willingness to accept it, and once it crashes hard, ALL traders will close shop.

Anyway, back to the gold (or silver) topic for anyone interested or knowledgeable about egold (backed by real gold in vaults), or gold bullion in general please!
