Default Please Help! Payment Processor giving me problems

I am working with a payment processing company to process my clients’ payments online. This company, in all of my history working with payment processing companies, has by far the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I have only received one, and I mean one, report in the last six months! I need an exact break down of where my money is going! Oh and forget fraud tools or charge back reporting capability, I don’t even think they know what that is! Please help I need a new provider!

Try Merchant Warehouse. They charge around $15-$20 a month with low rates, and you can process automatically from your site and you get a virtual terminal for manual processing if you need to. They were very good for me. If you need a high risk merchant account, try Menexis. They have an A+ rating with the BBB.

MyOwn1 - All depends on which industry your operating in and what types of volume you are processing. Any decent PSP should be providing you with customer support (Phone, Skype, Email), weekly reports and fraud controls. Let me know if I can help.

Did any of these guys help you?

We not only do regular tier 1 merchant accounts. We do tier 2 higher risk merchant processing as well. We have multiple sponsor banks and we are a fully underwritten risk ISO. So we make all decisions inhouse. Let me know with a PM if you need any help.

I am also working with one Chinese processor (Aggregate Account),, and they are really a worst service in the name of Customer Support, No reply's on email, No ticket generating, No Statements, over 70% Decline ratio, No Timely reports .....There is infinite Problems with them...

If anyone can suggest us some better please let us know at your earliest.

To All the members here looking for merchant account-

Let me share my experiences here with you all.

TO begin with - couple of niche's are facing HARD time to get processors these days ( from past couple of months )

    Pharmacy
    Nutraceuticals
    Fitness Supplements
    Adults
    Gambling.

Out of the total searches and posts here - 80% people are looking and talking for pharmacy merchant accounts.

You will also find many replies like --

    Contact me, I have something.
You can get account with us , we have good connections etc..
Tell me what industry you have and if you have processing history.

When you contact them You will get a form / pdf to fill up and send across.

You do it and wait for some time.
Then after a few weeks when you ask the guy about your app - they say yet to get reply from the bank etcc.

Or some of them just do not reply you.

So my advice is very simple.

Pharmacy processing is almost impossible to get if you do not have good volume / history.

So just do not fall in trap when people say they can get it easily for you.

    Just my 2¢

Agreed with Rxcash, Pharmacy Merchant is almost Finished , none a Single Bank Settle a Pharmacy Account until proper Docs and Good processing History....They don't want to take risk for couple of Thousands Dollars......

As I also noticed that Most of The Online Pharmacies even Don't have the License to sell, they don't carry a Pharma License , they all have Third Party Dropshipper

We really need to know what your average sale amount, chargeback %, return %, monthly volume, business type, financials (in some cases) before we can tell you if you can get approved anywhere else. We are a processor that holds our own risk and underwriting. We can get done almost anything. We do not do illegal drugs. Other than that we can approve nearly every business type.
