Moving $600 out of PayPal with VBA?

What is the best way to move $600 dollars out of a PayPal account that has a VBA on it, the VBA doesn't allow for transfer.

Is this limited paypal account? If not just transfer it to other paypal account and withdraw. If this is limited you need to add another VBA. Good Luck

I tried it before i have a limited paypal account. I withdraw it after 180 days after I added a new vba.

Paypal will never ask you to add 2 bank accounts at all

But well, I am not to fight, so, maybe paypal changed their terms recently

Its true paypal will never ask you to add another vba, But you can add another one. The logic why I'm posting this is not all vba are the same. Some certain vba does not allow you to withdraw but other vba does. Maybe paypal has different terms in your country.

Yes, now paypal have these new guidelines where your money will be on hold for about 21-35 days and you will just have to wait until that time to get or transfer your money. Now, if you have an limited account with paypal you need to call paypal on that one...goodluck

Adding another VBA won't work. If your account is limited, and you can't prove it's yours then it's a hard challenge to get your money back. Welcome to Paypal world.

I had that bad Exp three times...

I am staying away from fake paypal and going with valid one...
If paypal eats your hard earned money what it worth working hard!!!
You can have some third party like plimus avantgate or 2co who can let you get money from paypal. they will take some money but paypal will take all of it...
