3 months ago they charged my buddy's brand new CC with USD 9,000 and marked it as some Viagra purchase.


and now when my account reached more than $300 in/out in transactions then they decided to take out all my funds!! and put my balance to very negative.

Top of this their HUGE FEES and Village established support is crap.

I'm using Alertpay from last 2 years, I had no issue with them.
I have not added my CC, I only used it sending and receiving purpose as well withdrawals.

see i was not responsible for the sender's account who sent me money like 2 months ago,


and after two months they not only took money out of my account but also reversed money I SENT to a online seller.


I am feeling bad for that seller.

I got goods yet they reversed the money i sent.

Opps.. Alertpay is a legit and secured payment processor company.

I'm using Alertpay since 2007 and no issues with them..

If you use them or your account for any fraud or any illegal activities, of course you will get serious issues with your account.

I highly doubt it was Alertpay that did it (it's much more likely that your mate entered his CC details on some dodgy site that then went on to make the $9k order) but in any case - there's a cool thing called chargeback so no harm done ..

It was my payer you paid some money to me and he got that money in his account by BAD MEAN.

So alertpay just reversed every transaction till end.
