Hey I have a serious problem here.. I tried linking my new Credit Card to my Verified PayPal account but my Bank reported to PayPal that its LOST/STOLEN

The reason behind they made this statement was that I didn't pay their initial joining fees by then.. I have done it now.. and waiting for my CC to get activated.

The problem that I'm facing is PayPal has limited my account(but hasn't BLOCKED or DELETED it). I can receive payments but cannot withdraw to my Bank account.

I tried resolving the limitation but whenever I click on the Resolve button an error gets displayed -

Current Balance in PayPal = $45

Is this a serious issue? Or just a small problem? How to get back my good old PayPal account?

Any ideas/suggestions?

Just wait until your bank issues are cleared with your credit card getting activated. After that things should be fine, and if they are not just contact Paypal support.

Contact them using their contact form. Or better, call them.

I have already contacted them.. they even told me to clear my cache, restart my pc, etc. I even tried Opera for a change.. still nothing happened..

Did you tried with another pc?

My paypal today has unauthrorized transaction and after putting up dispute, my account got limited LMAO... But i got it somehow recovered back.

I was drinking so my memory from morning side is little fuzzy lmao... i think they just needed to verify card by billing it(?)

Why are you rushing? Get your CC activated. And then add it again to Paypal and see if its done.Also check resolve steps and act accordingly. The page might be working after some time. May be.

Also give them a call on skype. Its free and you can speak to some really cool support executives. Everytime I get problems, I call them up and let me say, they are top notch.

Hello Everyone! PayPal contacted me yesterday via email. They asked me to upload my Photo Id and my Monthly Statement of my CC.

Hopefully everything will be back to normal now

1) My Credit Card's Monthly Statement
2) My Income Tax Id - PAN

no response yet.. its been around 6-7 days..

Is it a good idea to open a another PayPal account with another gmail id having the same bank account, same address + same name that I have for the present account??

i also stuck by this problem, what i suggest you is, call paypal customer care via skype, so the call cost ll be $0, your problem ll get solved within a minute, if you dont have paypal skype id means browse in the web, or PM me, i ll send to you, hope it ll solve your problem

Dont even think about opening new account they will ban it or new account also will get limited as soon as you open it. u just call them you dont have that much serious issue ur problem will be solved. BTW are you from india ?
