I have problem.Some person cheated me on 160$.I have pay ,and didnt recive anything.Then i have make dispute.
After 3 week ,Pay pal want from me some documents.What they wants?invoice?I dont have anything ,I have order some cd software
on skype. I ad ,that I sent this guy money via pay pal for a Goods. What I can do now? i Think pay pal ,cant get money from this cheater .
What can I do now?

maybe they are asking for your ID proof?
you can upload any government id proof

probably you will loss dispute for digital goods..

no,They want some document ,that I ordered .But I have not any document,a that I have ordered .

am not sure if this will help
but you can give it a try if you don't have any other option
take a screen shot of the chat that you had with the seller and/or the product page from where you bought it along with your address proof
usually the seller is suppose to submit the tracking id for shipment

Exactly Pavan. They are asking you for documents (not a must, if you have some docs, submit them) that you had while doing the deal with the person you paid. Any emails stating that you paid, bill, or whatever that might help.

You may try to take a screenshot, but since screenshots are easily editable, Paypal wont give you much hope with that. But it will sure help. I bet.

Send them skype screen shots.

So did you registered this account on fake Information?

Now you have only 1 option send chat screenshot to Paypal.

like what others said, send them your skype chat history. thats the only 'document' that you have. otherwise, consider it a $160 lesson to yourself to be more careful.

its very hard to make a paypal dispute at digital products..

good luck with that man...Paypal screwed me for 200.00 on fee's that someone disputed against me...Then proceeded to suspend my account, even after I showed them all the documents that everything was legit...Seems that buyer used a stolen credit card, to buy the good..I got punished for selling an item legally...

So Paypal and + thief = christmas came early for both of them...

If its digital goods and not physical goods, chances are that Paypal shall work in favor for the seller. Because they shall say they cant verify facts about digital products

yeah just show paypal your chat logs..paypal always takes the the side of the digital product seller because some smartasses out there makes a refund after getting a copy of the product

Whatever you do, do NOT say it is electronic goods/ intangible or else it'll automatically cheat you out of you're been. been there, done that. (cheated, not cheater)
