I had a Canadian PP with fake info, now my account is limited and PayPal asking to add AVS (Address verification system) credit card. Does any one know how this works, I have heard that after adding the card PayPal will do a automated call to the number associated with the credit card ( or number associated with the PayPal account, I'm not sure).......

Is that true? If yes the Can anyone suggest how can I get a Canadian forward number?

You can get a canadian AVS VCC and it'll do the job.
People sell them on forums dedicated to paypal and ebay.
Otherwise if you want to get a canadian voip you can get it from evoice(dot)com.

They dont call on the phone# registered to the card they just confirm the location.

But are you sure that PayPal will do a automated call after adding AVS VCC?

i got my usa paypal verified from them

contact their support if it works for canada too

becoz he told it will work for all countries
