So i was in a class the other day about White hat marketing and what not and the guy let slip about him doing some local advertising on the side.
Has anybody done anything like this?
Im kind of at a dead end
Ive tried to piece together his method but he was pretty mum on it
so Im thinking 4 levels
like the first one is google then i add bing and yahoo
Then i add myspace to the mix
Then on the top tier i have Facebook and Twitter

I also build a fanpage or a website real simple and stuff
does 1000 dollars sound good for the whole package or is that to high (or low)? maybe i should cut it in half?
I can automate most of it (if my twitter bot starts working again)

Any way just looking to see if anybody has any advice?
Or knows of a good place for info or to even start.
I also need to find some kind of contract to protect me if something goes awry
