Hi,

I was using a Canadian PayPal account using VPN (virtual private network). Yesterday, PayPal limits my account and asking me to submit:

1. Photo ID
or
2. Address Proof
or
3. Verification by adding a credit card

Needed your Advise regarding the possible Solutions:

1. I have heard about something called AVS VCC, does any one have any idea about it? ........what I read is that I need to provide the address which I have submitted while making the PayPal account and they can verify it.

2. Simply ask my clients to post a dispute at PayPal and get their money back (and then request them to Pay in my real PayPal account) - Are you guys sure that my clients will get their money back.


3. Last option: Submitting PhotoShoped utility bill

for starters, you should call paypal using skype, then explain what happened to your account, they will ask to verify your address and telephone number, then they enable you to automatically check and paypal account again is a matter of practicing some reverse engineering, I recommend you call them.

And where will he take the proofs for address verification?What you said here,he already said on the thread

Fake, actually with my real PayPal account, I can't send money (As per PayPal policy), therefore I made a fake PayPal for sending payment

Have you used it for PayPal verification?

Make sure you shop the bills correctly. Also sometimes PP will ask for certain information then permanently limit the account to prevent you from using that info again.

VCC are easy to get from various sites or even people on here. Gift Card MasterCard/Visa cards work just fine. I'm not sure if they sell them in Canada.

Photoshop it .. and good luck !

AVS VCC worked for me... I know a guy who sells those CCs... Let me know if you want one.

Paypal has become more ridiculous lately in shutting down accounts. From some recent experiences, I can tell you verifying an account with photoshopped docs has gotten harder. Make sure the job is done well. It may be more practical to get an offline friend to grant you a special break and supply their real docs for you (appropriately blanked out) to create a stealth account with.

1. VCC used to work well, but paypals systems have become more strict since 2 months. They will now be able to detect VCCs

2. This may not work as your account is limited and paypal will not uphold the dispute.

This kicks paypals shady ass. love it.

Need more opinion on the option "2"

I would go for Photoshop if I were you and agresively email them about the issue.

Any other ideas?

Can anyone please confirm that an AVS VCC can remove the PayPal limit (PayPal is asking for location confirmation with credit card)
