I had a 2 years old paypal account and recently I sold some VeRo items after what my account got limited. The warned me that I should stop selling replica items but I did 2-3 more transactions and now they closed my account. I called them and they explained that I won't be able to open an account with them anymore, even though, I sold just about 20 items in total for a total value of 300$. I explained that I mostly used this account to buy from ebay but they did not want to hear. And indeed, I am not planning to sell anymore on eGAY, but I really need a paypal account to buy things from there( we all know the cheap stuff is all over ebay).

So, if you have any idea how I would be able to get a new paypal account, under different name, using a VCC or prepaid cards, please pm me or post here.

Change IP, clear cookies, open up a new one.

You can even add the same credit card and de-limit your account with the same utility & ID you previously did.

Thanks for your answer. But, should I wait until they officially close my account? I have some money there(abt 100 bucks) and the email said that I will need to wait 3 months to withdraw them(one more crazy thing about this bullshit service that we have to use )
or should I clear the cookies and open the new account with the same details?

No big deal. Get a new account but i would change ip

1. Signup with a VPN or Private proxy service

2. Get a VCC

3. Make sure your cache is cleared

4. Make sure you use a different ADDRESS while signing up.

5. Use only the SAME IP as long as you use the paypal a/c. If you even try logging in using a different IP, they will limit your account

I was told that once too and I managed to open a new (e)gay-pal acct with new address and new bank. Since it was business they never even checked my ssn - got US Federal EIN for my business and used that as tax id.

There are other stealth modes that you can use like go to the library or take your laptop to starbucks and use their IP to create gmail account and then use that gmail acct to create your new Paypal acct.

Just remember to keep everything separate. I did this two years ago and never had a problem since then.

Happened to me before as well. Screw Paypal and eBay, you're better off without them. Their fees and rules are ridiculous and they don't provide any fair means of appeal. I had my account limited with a couple of thousand dollars in there and I had to wait nearly a year to get it.

However, Paypal still comes in handy. I somehow managed to avoid them for 2 years but recently needed an account. I just signed up again with the same address. My credit card number had changed over the years so maybe that helped me get past the initial check. I don't sell with the account anymore but I've been able to make purchases through it. Been a few months and it's still operational. So perhaps as some of the others suggested, get a new CC number and a PO box and you should be good to go.

I used to sell, buy, trade WoW accounts as well as services. Ive had so many paypal accounts closed because of it. Yet everytime i just cleared out everything and made a new one! I figure these people are so hard to get through and must be idiots to not notice i use the same info all over. Have not had my paypal account closed in 2 years because now i do legitimate things

if you verify your account with a virtual credit card and sell items on ebay, how do you actually get your money? Does all of your profits become virtual at that point?
