I am from India and i want to start one site where anyone and buy and sell. I want to use Paypal. But problem is RBI guidelines for Indian Paypal user creating problem.

I want your advise what gateway is use for my site. I have talked to many payment gateway company about this and they charge very big amount. Some one tell me about Alert Pay.

Please tell me what can i do.

Try Alert Pay,Plimus...but adding a card to your PP account solves the mess..

just get a cc attached to your paypal to send and receive money can't accept and send money to indian users

According to Indian regulations, we need to add a bank account in India in order to receive payments and withdraw funds.

Also, name of your PayPal account must match the name on your bank account.

that right microsoft, but problem is RBI band to Paypal for Transaction India to India users and also Indian user cant user their Paypal money to buy anything.

No if you add a credit card to your paypal you can send and receive money to all other countries except india cant make a payment or accept a payment from indian users also to withdraw your money you should have a bank account added hope it clears you

But the main problem is the limit $500/month ....can adding CC solves this problem?

ya that's problem is very big and what solutions you suggest.

Adding a bank account solves all your problems.

You mean if i add my bank account then i can pay any Indian users via Paypal or bank account?

once you add a cc your sending limits will be removed and hope receiving limits will also be increased to more than 500$

Limit is $500 per txn and not per month..

You can't. Either use Libertypay or pay using a VCC and fake information.
