i am serching for site like 2co to help in my selling site i must acept paypal paying and i can withdraw money from it to visa ,visa electron
note that i have a fake usa paypal account i think it will not be safe to use it for selling {i only verfied it with vba}

Plimus does this but its their own card not any Visa card.

i have apply for one payoneer card and get approved it is now 23 days after proved and send and i am waiting for it because i am living in Egypt hope i get it

when they approve a card, they send an email which says the delivery can take up to 25 business days outside of the U.S.

other than that do what Nissim said above in case if you don't receive it

i don't know how to count how many business days past because our business days are different than us business days and we only work 5 days a week and there were an 3 days holiday extra only in our country so i think it did not get late

I use Plimus for everything, very satisfied with them.

plimus is great but it doesn't support shopping cart like magento and i want to stick with magento or shopping cart system because in developing i am big looser i think the most suitably think for me is 2co but without the payoneer i am stick

well, while it's still in the US you should count the US working days which is 5 per week, there were no holidays this time i think and when it arrives in your country, you should count the working days of Egypt, you said there were holidays, those are obviously not working days, so you need to add those to the basic 25 working days

i wouldn't worry much tho, you'll get it sooner or later, i remember when i got my first one, it felt like ages when i got it finally

i think you are right anyway if i lost my patience i can ordered it with DHL for 50$ not so much to offer anyway

i think if i write what i need in that company to have it will be easy to help me
can make me accept Paypal ( the most way people love to buy )

Just to clarify (or make it easy), the 25 working days comes out to roughly 6 weeks. Just for a quick calculation.

I'm not sure I completely understand what you are asking. We issue MasterCards, and not Visas, but you can privately load your card through a MasterCard OR a Visa by going to homepage and clicking Load Money to Card.

The only other thing I can understand is that you'd want us to add an option to withdraw to any Visa or MasterCard, not just our own, right? That would be a service your partner would offer, not us.

Can you be more specific about your question if I haven't answered it?

You're welcome.

When we just launched, the cost was $100. Now it is $20 and 2% of the amount transferred. For AML countries, the fees are different (there are only 7 countries on the list, so if you don't know what it is, your probably isn't on it).

Ok I'm into ecommerce for 7 years so let me break this down for you.. I have used every major gateway in the market before i found the right ones..

Do not look anywhere else. Simply choose between FastSpring or Avangate. They both accept wide variety of payments and are as easy as paypal to get started with.

FastSpring:
Their service is really good, it's the best of all, fast and informative. Their system is well-designed and easy to use, except two things I don't like:
A. You can't create product bundle yourself, but they say they can create it for you. I don't like to wait, especially when I'm in a different time-zone with them.
B. You can't edit existing key list (you have to disable the old one and create a new one if you have entered testing or wrong keys).
C. You have to input company, username and password, 3 fields in order to login.




Their service is worth every penny . They value and take care of their customers. And not just the big ones. They go the extra mile and PERSONALLY respond to all emails within 24 hours. They fight charge backs on your behalf rather than sticking them to you. They even follow up with their customers just to make sure everything is going alright.

Feature-wise it meets all my needs currently (only one day of use so far), but it has its own drawbacks:

a. the system is a little complex (to me at least) to use.
b. I have waited for a week before my account was activated, because my 'account manager' was on on a business trip.
c. I have had to email them to ask them to enable the 'volume discount price' for my account. The enabled it, but didn't inform me back they have done it.
d. their support answers are not very helpful, but response time is OK.


Whoever you signup for, stay away from 2co..

i donot know it really start to be annoying the problem that i don't only need site like 2co to sell and too to transfer my money from Paypal to payoneer because that is the only way to get my money from my fake USA Paypal account
so if i buy my own thing with 2c0 or plumis and send to to payneer account can this work to withdraw money money from paypal and make my custmer pay me on it too

If you are based in the USA or have a partner who is in the US then you can get QuickBooks ATM/credit card reader. They give you a device that's a card reader and it connects to your smart phone. When you get paid by clients, you swipe their debit or credit cards or manually enter to receive payments. I believe that the money is directly deposited to any bank you want. Their rates are pretty reasonable and you don't have to apply for any merchant account or qualify for anything.
