Laws on Terms and Conditions for Free Trail / Continuity Offers?
I'm just curious in the US is there any laws on how the Terms and Conditions is disclosed. For example can we have it in small font at the bottom. Or maybe have it listed under a input box where it needs to be check marked vs showing it directly on the page before clicking on "Order Now?"
Anyone know much about this?

Re: Laws on Terms and Conditions for Free Trail / Continuity Offers?
I've never been on a website where I didn't have to click/check a box to agree to a ToS agreement. If you want a binding ToS agreement, you need to contact a lawyer. I'm using a ToS from a generator on my website, but I need to get a real one soon.
