Bankruptcy In Pennsylvania--Black Hat Attorney Wanted

Looking for a BK attorney that will help a friend of mine. Her personal financial life is going to be tarnished for the next several years, but before that happens she wants to be informed of what is possible and not possible.

I wanted to bring this issue here to BHW in order to get a referall to an attorney that is more for their clients than for the laws of the US.

If you can reply here or pm me it would be of great help to her and I would appreciate it will give rep+ for useful information.

are you f'n kidding? ... lawyers are officers of the courts and will do whatever is within the law to help their clients ... interview a number of BK attorneys and chose from there. BK Court is a FEDERAL matter so not much screwing around with "the laws of the U.S."
