[REQ] Someone to look over a legal contract ...

I'm sitting on a contract right now, and I'd like to sign it, but admittedly, I'm not fluent in Legalese.

I'd like to go over it with someone who has a background in joint venture contracts as they pertain to IM. Anyone here fit the bill?

How long is the contract. I have experience but depends on the contract type.

You probably want a lawyer to look at it especially if you plan on making significant money with this.

Make sure to have a shotgun clause. Will save you both a lot of headaches down the road.

It's only about 10 pages. The gist is, I have a website. Someone wants to market that website with their own offer on the back end. That part is not a problem. It's everything pertaining to liability, creative rights, and termination of the contract that I'd just like to be made clear.

Google needs Legalese in their Google Translator.

What jurisdiction are you in? What jurisdiction is the other party in? You might want to consider hiring a licensed attorney. You could probably get a good deal on elance or lawyersguide for example.
