My website can't get approved with Chase or Moneris..

are there any merchant accounts that are offshore that are good?

Are there disadvantages to using an offshore merchant account?

depends how legit the offshore merchant services are or you could try a high risk merchant account its for specific type of e commerces that usually get rejected by normal services but its more expensive though

Offshore merchant accounts are typically much more expensive. And there are even more expensive if you run a high risk operation. There aren't a lot of choices if you want a high risk merchant account.

Why reasons did Chase and Moneris give you for the rejection.
What products?
Where do you live?
Where is your company incorporated?
