Anyone here use their online saving account? Anyone having problems accessing any of their online banking this weekend?

I use them on a daily basis and have had not issues logging in. (HSBCDirect).

me either, although i really find the password input annoying. It will pick random positions of your password and make you type them as oppose to typing the whole password.

Yea, I can't access HSBC, either. I called them yesterday because on top of my online access being blocked, I couldn't take out money from my account using my ATM card - the ATM's told me my pin was incorrect, which was not true.
The CSR told me that he didn't have access to HSBC accounts, either. This is ridiculous! How can they just block access to my money?!

Have you any idea on why you could get blocked or stolen access. To me it looks like the bank did it to you for a reason. Think twice on your reasons and explanations before contacting them.

My PIN comes up incorrect too when I go to the ATM; I called earlier and they said that this is related to the outage.
