How do I shut someone down for selling my product?

Some guy is selling one of my products on a website and a forum.

It's only a ten dollar product, but the audacity for this dude selling it really pisses me off.

How do I shut him down from selling it from his website? Do I contact hosting?

Just email him first and ask what's up. Then if he doesn't reply or gives you a bad answer contact his hosting.

Send a C&D notice to his host.

1 - Try to find as much infos as possible about him
2 - Post in the forums the product hi is selling is without rights and all the customers that buy from him are guilty ( this should bring him some refund demands)
3 - Email this guy providing what you found abt him (personal infos) that you'll take legal actions (including but not limited to .. closing Hosting, PayPal, Adsense and informing local authorities from his country)
4 - As EC said sent a C&D letter to his host (you find templates on Google)

This should be enough
