I need to set up a high risk merchant account so I can take orders from two sites. What businesses would you recommend and why do you recommend that one.

use Liqpay, they guarantee no chargebacks or fraud because all payments will be registered through SMS verification with the buyer. sadly card must match the country where the SMS is, or else payment won't work. they also sometimes call the card owner if there's a problem with the card (registered in Nigeria for example) to verify. pretty good fraud protection

free to receive money from Visa/MC, free to move it around within Liqpay (so you can trade it to other users who then give you LR/WMZ/PM/Bank wire)

only 1.85% + $2 to send money to Visa, then put into ATM and withdraw. free API's so you can easily integrate their checkout into your site, or use joomla/other checkout carts. if the site is something blatently illegal like VICODIN-2-U.BIZ or sketchy/e-pharmacy then create dummy sites, but link your Liqpay API checkout script directly to the Liqpay fake site checkout like buywmz.com does (after you click on 'buy', buywmz sends you to the fake site, then to the Liqpay merchant instantly). they do this because exchanging ecurrency for Liqpay is generally not allowed. if your Liqpay account for some reason is cancelled (will never happen usually) then just get a new PPD anonymous cellphone from 711 and register again, or virtual sms number.

there's also GSPAY

I have used Stradafee for my high risk merchant account for 2 years straight now, I run a travel company and have not had any issues, knock on wood. Give them a look up.

i have some funds on liqpay but i cant transfer them because i am from australia and they do transfers only in europe and CIS. Any idea how can i make the transfer from Liqpay, would be very helpful ??

so better to not link the real high risk shop with that liqpay?

Im surprised that everyone is suggesting this and that company, but no one is asking where your company is located and what business are you into, you say high risk, but is it Adult, Pharmacy, travel etc. ???

go to superchange.ru and exchange it for LR or Pecunix or something



for 'extreme risk' merchant, you can get the following:

WU to ATM card service
Webmoney passports w/ATM (not in your name)
Anonymous offshore bank accounts that accept wires (like the one's sold on vcc2buy.com)
LiqPay and either cash it out through superchange.ru or withdraw to a card. I prefer to change it to LR

Liqpay you can only take up to $200 max per transaction or else they could hold the card pending verification, it's a huge pain in the ass (but they guarantee no chargebacks)

I haven't used Perfect Money, but they let 3rd party wires fund your account. What I've been doing lately is have all customers buy WMZ prepaid cards from buywmz then I take the codes, give them to a russian or vietnamese/chinese exchanger who doesn't ask questions and cash them out to LR, then to ATM card or offshore bank. You can also just use any high risk processor like GSPay and just redirect customers to another site before checkout, so it doesn't show your replica or whatever shop.

All of these high risk merchant accounts and companies are fake. the merchant business is in business to take your money. once you start realizing that you can make informed decisions on how to collect.

I found this resource rather helpfull when choosing a provider to buy merchant services for an adult site from.

Try "Menexis." They are an accredited business by the Better Business Bureau, and they have an A+ rating. They should be able to help you out with your high risk processing needs.

Ask your processor for the contact details of some of their clients. The good ones will have customers you can contact and websites you can view.

Try menexis. They have high risk merchant accounts, and they have an A+ rating with the better business bureau.

How do you know that they are high risk? They are based in USA from what the site says.
