I am looking to purchase cheap offshore corporation to get started in doing blackhat tatics in affiliate programs. What is the cheapest way to incorporate offshore? I am not strictly worried about tax rates, I would like a corporation with maximum identity protection but not give control over to somebody else.
Another thought, it's easy enough to just use a fake name for the accounts but would I have to send the affiliate programs forms for tax purposes?

In the UK, you are looking at around $1500 to incorporate. In Panama, its a bit more, like around 2.5k if u need a bank account with it. But if you do incorporate in Panama, then you will get some nice tax benefits + a visa debit card where u can spend spend spend!

Panama also happens to have a free trade agreement with the US. They will NOT release information that is not public. So if you incorporate in Panama, make sure you are the bearer to all shares, however do NOT put yourself as the CEO or anybody on the board of directors; those are always public.

If you use panama-offshore-legal-services.com, they will let you use two of their people as board of directors....and you dont have to give them shares :P So then you could just use their name as the affiliate with the network

I do know that a Panamanian corp is not taxed if its business happens outside the Panamanian border. And that it is very difficult to get a bank account in Panama.
Thats the real prob, to get a bank account you need to walk in with letters of reference that are specifically addressed to the bank and you need to clearly describe exactly what you do for business.

Ive been seriously considering moving down there for business, tax, and surf reasons.
Ive been to Panama City and wasnt too impressed, but it was a relatively sophisticated and modern city.

But how is the quality of life outside of Panama City?

There is no law here. Well in a sense, there is law, too many that everything is illegal and everyone is criminal.

You can kill supreme court judge and get out in 5 years. You can commit fraud or corruption in the tune of millions of dollars and get a way with it. You just need in and out.

Teguh123- Yes, I think Indonesia is a great country for business. I have spent a good amount of time in Bali and I think it is a wonderful place and the Balinese people are amazing.
However... a lot of the CPA deals I do are in adult, and Im worried about doing business like that in a Muslim country.

What are your thoughts on doing adult internet sales in Indonesia?
