Selling blackhat content via PayPal
Hi everybody,
I was wondering if anybody knows from their experience whether PayPal tends to take action against people who sell content that may be considered illegal in some juristictions, if reported by an angry buyer.
Here's the point: I was recently selling a report on a few of my methods that involved CL posting and using those methods can therefore be not entirely legal and classified as fraud in some countries.
I now have an angry buyer who claims that the methods weren't 100% unique (my sales page never said they were) etc. etc. and wanting a refund (most likely a kid trying to save the $37 and get the book for free).
What worries me a little is that the person threatened me saying that he'll contact PayPal, sending them a copy of my report and doing everything he can to get PayPal limit my account based on the fact that I (allegedly) sell instructions on how to commit fraud.
While I'm not a whole lot concerned about the case, mainly knowing how hard it is to get any contact with PayPal outside of filing a dispute (which usually favours the seller in case of digital items), I still began wondering whether there's anything PayPal can do against me and if they've actually done anything like that before.
All comments are much appreciated!
Thanks,
Bryan
