I am using neteller for quite sometime and I also got theirs net+ card which is great however I didnt tried yet to deposit on this card from paypal for example. Ill let you know when I do..

(2) setup an account with a debit card
(3) use vcc or restricted cc to purchase your own e-junkie products online in order to transfer the money from the restricted cards to your debit card account
(4) Spend the money offline.
* Optional: Set up a private URL / web page with all of the fake product links so that you can go to that site whenever you want to transfer money like this. It's faster than using e-junkie itself.

Have been with Entropay for over two years and turned around well over $100k - so far no complaints. And yes, VCCs are generic (you can use any name/address).

That said, if you try using an Entropay account for fraudulent purposes (such as doing CPA offers and never intending to have enough cash available for the rebill) then you can rest assured that your account will be banned in no time. Same applies to other dodgy stuff, such as trying to open an account with fake personal details etc.

But for legitimate transactions Entropay are fantastic!
