Im guessing you mean other than a cashing your check at a bank?
Well where i live (not in US) there are those private pay day loan shops that will cash any check you have along as you have id to match on the spot for like a 2-3% fee depending on the check amount

Can't cash without ID. The check cashing places have signs that say no ID, but you need a ID made by them which is technically not a "real ID". That is how they are able to say no ID. BUT the catch is they won't make the fake ID without seeing your real one, USA id.

what about setting up a business account at a bank outside the us? you will probably need an inital bank account but then you could cash checks in the bussiness name???
If you were inside the US I know someone who makes fake IDs that is if you want to travel to texas.

let me guess. you got money coming to a fake name. well, depending on how big the check is, you can always have that person sign it and you sign it and you deposit at your bank through the atm. if find questionable deposits are best at the atm because when they put them through the next day you are not standing there for them to question you.
