Yeah get a tax attorney to do your yearly taxes. Tax attorneys are the best you can get, far better than a CPA, the IRS doesn't even bother with audits on tax attorney prepared returns, they know their stuff too well.
Every deduction you can possibly imagine will be taken off your income, not to mention tax attorneys know how to legally setup new LLC's for you and move funds between them so that your taxable profits are moved to your start up companies therefore removing that income.
It's sickening how little you can pay (and legally) with the right people doing your taxes.

Thanks a lot. Any advice on finding a good tax attorney?
I use a local firm to do them for all my companies. I suggest going local wherever you are. Just look in the yellow pages, call a few, and ask each for a few references. Those that provide great references, get a sit down consultation (free) and they'll let you know how they can help you.

read any book or get a course by sandy botkin.
he was the head attorney of the irs...he went private and writes books and sells courses, on how to maximize tax deductions. etc...he seems to be a big fan of setting up c-corps.
I would check out Ron Mueller's ebook "It's How Much You Keep That Counts" and there is this new service called My Business Tax Advantage where you get a free consultation with an H&R Block rep when you sign up for there service which provides a deduction maximizer software and tax law database you can search.

Thanks so much for the advice! I was wondering how the heck I was going to even BEGIN my tax preparation. This is my first year with a home business.
