I use a directory submitter to link to directories. You can filter it to apply only to certain pagerank sites. Seems to be my quickest way to get lots of good links.

comment spam high PR blogs ( pr 5 or above) by hand and post relevant comments. Don't use your anchor text in the from field as most blog owners will delete your comment.

I help run a system that is like TLA just (much much) better but I must say TLA have upped there game and you can buy contextual links now. And dont worry about it o spy, perhaps 50 links in the footer all mashed uo on whaever site will be kocked out but it's just the value gone not your site penalised els 'You could do it for a competitor' ..

Buying links from tla is extremely expensive compared with what you may get in other places, since tla keeps a 50 % commision.
You can buy links very cheap like 1 $ pr 4 permanent or so form dp.

I wouldnt pay 10p for 95% links for sale a DP! Im always looking for publishers and all I get offered is low PR (PR4 you can get with nothing ..PR5 is hard lol at G)

Made to sell links rubbish blogs what a load of ** lol. OR high PR sites with 50 links including gambling etc all in the footer.

I guess a permanant link for $1 is worth it but anything els im amazed at what people buy there..
