Black Hat World ("BHW") offers access to numerous third party generated content, including posts and other content generated within the BHW site and forums.

BHW may set guidelines for what may appear on the site and in such forums, but generally, exercises no control over the content of such forums and is unable to police all such content. As part of BHW's guidelines,please be advised that any posts or discussions pertaining to the commission of fraudulent activities, including Cookie Stuffing are strictly prohibited. Engaging in cookie stuffing activities may subject users to criminal and/or civil prosecution.

To make things crystal clear, BHW does not permit or tolerate any fraud or deception. In the overwhelming majority of instances, including, but not limited to, the content of posts within forums and any site links posted within those forums, BHW has no control whatsoever over such content, as the content is posted from people over whom BHW exercises no control. As such, BHW cannot and does not screen each post before such posts appear on the site (we currently receive several thousand posts a day). Accordingly, BHW assumes no responsibility for the content of any posts included in the forums or otherwise linked to the BHW site or in any web page linked to a third party within the BHW site. See Federal law called the Communications Decency Act or "CDA", 47 U.S.C. § 230.

In sum, BHW is a public forum and as such it is impossible to monitor every single post that comes in so we ask you for your help in keeping this forum clean and free of anything that is outside of the law.
