If you haven't updated the new version of Word Press, i don't recommend updating. I have seen from other posts that there are a few plug-in problems from the new update.

For me, the new update disabled statpress and wiped all my stats out.

Yes 2.8 isn't a good update I believe. I read reviews before making any critical updates, though I have a backup too

i did not ahd any problems with the new update, iit works and looks great for me

I've heard the same abt Plugin issues...which is fairly common with WP updates.

Yeah this defiantly wasn't a good update for Word Press.

Yeah i already saw this. I might try it but than again im not in the mood to go through every plug-in and fix it again.

this happens often with WP updates. In time the plugin fixes will catch up.

I didn't have to do anything with my plugins. They were all there and worked.

Fucked a few of my themes up

disabled my redirect plugin and header coding. I was waving my dick in the wind for 2 days with zero conversions before I figured out what the hell happened.

No more WP updates for me, if I can avoid them.

I updated one of my sites "thinking" that it would be smooth and ended up having to do a whole lot of troublshooting and code modifying and all that. I don't even like the interface.

For the rest of my sites, I'm keeping it at 7.1

I did an automatic update, too.

Ya i think a manual update is the best way to go from what im seeing.
