    Default Link from PR1 site

I know of a pr1 guest book and I wish to post on it and not have my post deleated. Can I post some general comments and then post my link in white which is the same color as the background ie it will not be visable ,will google/ yahoo pick up on this ?and what is lightly to happen if they do .
I feel if i post my link openly it will get delated , this site has little traffic but a PR1 ranking. Any advice on the best way forward.
Ps I may wish to post some more links in the future to other sites.

    Thanks in advance

If the guestbook is moderated, it doesn't matter what colour you make the link, the owner will see it posted. So if it is moderated, make a "real" post that makes sense and include your link. Or, just email the guy and ask him if he will put your link on his site. I wouldn't get into posting links with the same colour as the background...its a waste of time.

In my experience, trying to sneak comments with links past moderators is a massive waste of time - especially if it's for a measly PR1. Even if you get your link on the site, it'll do next to nothing with such low PR.

The internet is full of sites which are ********, high PR, and non-moderated. You just need to think about it a bit and know where to look. Here's a clue - find some spammers site and check out their backlink profile.

    Exactly.

OP:I just wonder why you emphasis that the site has PR1, is there anything special or beneficial to put links on pr1-sites? The value of 1 pr 1 link is pretty low.

There are tons of better ways to get backlinks. Search for Harro's post, there is an excellent thread about link-building. Or check in the bh-tools subforum. Programs like autopligg and xrumer are your friend.
