Blog Comment Poster

I sell Real Estate in the Seattle area and am looking for a software to locate blogs related blogs that would be appropriate for me to comment to and post my link. Anyone have any suggestions for a one stop program to do that? The research I have has really only come up with one "comment poster" really expensive. Id really like to try it for a while before I buy it.

By the way. I am pretty new to internet marketing. Any suggestions of any other products that would help me market my services would be great.

I really only have 3goals:

1.to let people know what I can do for them and how to get hold of me

2. Drive them to my site

3. Educate them on how investing in Real Estate can change their lives.

However I have to limit my marketing to my particular area.(Seattle)

Any education anyone wants to give would be great. I wont take any offence to any advice. Thanks in advance.

I like http://www.fastblogfinder.com/ Even though the free software only gives you a 50 blog list, it shows the individual pr for that particular page along with what is do follow or not. I like its internal browser a lot better too. I like Comment Kahuna sort of, but think fasblogfinder is better. I haven't tried the Gold version, but the free version has been great. I like it a lot better than Comment Kahuna though others disagree. I say try both (as both are free) and go from there.
