How to make autoblogger work!

I am new to blackhatworld and I've been searching around the forums about autoblog blogger.

I set my email so it can be published immediately but I don't know from where the posts will generate... I don't know how feedmyinbox works and I would need some help about this step. I'm doing a blog on music.

EDIT: I tried sending an email from feedmyinbox and I just got a confirmation...

If you want to get content, you need to sign up for email from a source that you want to blog about such as newsletters. The emails they send you will post to your blog. I am doing this with a gmail account then forewarding that gmail to my blogger email. If you want to write your own content, you can email it to your blog. For step by step, go here.

I'm a lil cnfuce about autoblog...
I mean, should we make new email just to make an auto blog?
Here is my problem.
I have a gmail with ID "my ID1" and I use it to setup a blogger.
Should I forward the email from "my ID1" or can I use other gmail account that I should make to get relevant niche? I'm sorry if my English is bad, Hope You understand what I meant.
