Friendly5,

You have a good concept here. I would suggest (as mentioned by another member) adding images to your uploaded video footage. You may also want to break up the homepage into categories. Too many of the same format of links on a page can be hard on the eyes.

How far have you gotten doing onsite SEO for your website? One thing I noticed is that you haven't built each page around a target keyword. This would entail putting that target keyword an appropriate number of times in website copy and then including it in meta tags, title tags and alt tags (which I noticed were missing from many of your images.) Try putting more content on your pages.

You can also drive more traffic by performing some offsite SEO. Create external properties on free business listing websites that include your business information and links to your website. You could also use a service such as Yext to accomplish this with less effort and develop a more consistent web presence. You should also create a business page on major social media networks such as Facebook, Twitter, Youtube and Google Plus and upload content frequently.

Also, you may want to check out some books on website usability if you are doing your own website design. I think your site has a lot of valuable content however you need more content for bots to see. There is also a lot of clutter on the pages making it easy for users to get distracted and abandon the conversion.
