He overlays his CPA page over the whole top of the Blogger Blog

If you scroll down you can see he rest of the normal blog.

Any ideas?

I looked at the page source and there's nothing in there out of the ordinary.

You sure you don't have adware installed?

I haven't gone to look at the link, but I have done this before. It is done with Iframe. There is a good post here:
