In my opinion, there's way to much crap going on on those pages. It just kept loading and that will lead people to click away.

Why do you have all those dating ads on there? Try something that's more closely related to your blog's niche.

By the way, I really hope you didn't just post that url to get people to visit that crappy blog and up your traffic stats. :-/

Yes, first you should decide the niche of your blog and after this you should have search for something that has close relationship with the niche.

u need to get more more traffic through search engine or any adwords campaign then run adsense ads or keep affiliate links is win-win.
