Wordpress posting as "Contributor" submit for review = lose everything?

basically one of my article writers I put down as a contributor within the settings of wordpress when she goes into posting the article within wordpress "submit for review" on my side its blank - on her side it also goes blank everything goes

am I doing something wrong? recently made a sub-domain from our main domain so I'm new to the blogging world, thanks.

the problem explained again:

the permission is set to contributor, the person submits the article but it goes blank and nothing gets sent to the admin also it wipes off from their screen as well all the work being wiped out/refreshed
