I was just wondering what type of script or which specific script(s) are used to run these types of sites:

Those are Amazon scripts, not eBay.

There's an eBay script named phpBay that you can purchase for like $79.

There's a number of Amazon scripts available - just Google for "Amazon Wordpress plugin".

The site you linked to is a simple Amazon aStore. Can create those in Amazon affilaite backend in a few minutes each. The creator made the astore and then put banner ads around it.

Wordbay is free and is way better than phpbay lite IMO.

I'm going to throw a quick plug in for PHPbay. The flexibility you have with this script is amazing. If you have any type of wordpress experience, a little bit of effort you can pull in $50 a site (per week) with this script. NO shit!
