I'm like to know the best way to use the permalinks structure on wp blogs seo friendly
i'm using for example this permalink: %category%post%
my url is in this mode :www.site/keywordcategory/keywordsubcategory/keywordarticle
other example: site/weightloss/weightlossfast/howtoweightlossfast
what do you use as permalinks? is good what i'm using?

My money sites were set up years ago, so the URL's have pretty much remained the same, ie: domain.com/post-name

I did have a few sites with domain.com/keyword-category/post-name didn't really see them acting differently to the simply URL's.

The only thing I noticed is that with a simple structure, its easier to move the posts from one category to another (which would require a 301 redirect if it was keyword-category/post-name)

i say domanname/postname that's the way i have mine setup no issues at all

If you use category/post-name and your domain has keyword, plus your category has keyword and your post has keyword = keyword stuffing. Use domain/post-name with variations in post-names for different posts. Works good!

I do domainname/postname

Works well for me, especially because I name my posts relative to my keywords just to get my keywords in the h1 tags

i use custom structure "/%category%/%postname%/" without the parenthesis

/%postname%/ is always a safe bet.

If you ever want to submit your site to Google Newsfeed you'll need to have at least a 4 digit number. I usually use post_day and post_number (don't remember the exact variables, they autofill at this point.)

I have a basketball news site. So i've got /%year%/%monthnum%/%day%/%postname%/

I read somewhere Google likes having the numbers...i'm just a n00b tho

Have tried several different ways and /%postname%/ seems to deliver the best results.

The custom structure "/%category%/%postname%/" is your best bet. My sites have never been slapped by google
