I'm looking for wordpress theme like this.
The site will be for cheats, so I don't need post thumbs and short-text on homepage.

The ideal theme would look like this:



I search 3 days and I didn't found theme which is similar to this.

Note:
Sidebars: Do not need to have "featured banners" or such, only the basic WP siderbars.

The ABC search is not a must, but would be good to have.

If there isn't one, what you think how much would it cost to hire a freelancer to make one like this?

I don't think there is any theme like this, only simliar ones, wich need some plugins to generate a site like this.

about money i thin 40$ is max sure u will use freelance than you can give 400 $ lol i mean look at it its simple theme

Get a freelancer so you can customize the look of your theme..

Yeah, a freelancer will do; searching to such a theme will be tiresome with no results and in case you find a simmiler one as stated above you will still need some customization
