Hey,

I have a blog that is getting about 150,000 impressions per month. I received an invitation from Clicksor to host pop under ads, I was wondering if anyone had any idea what the earnings would be like.

Would it be worth it to possibly piss off my visitors?

I heard of clicksor they dont pay much when compared to adsense.
Instead why dont you use adsense its the right chose since you are getting good amount of traffic.

I am using adsense, just trying to squeak some more out of the site. It's a gossip site, so adsense earnings are slim. It's really hard to target ads, so CTR is a lot lower then you would think.

clicksor sucks i tried them before don't recommend them

I found they cause anti-viruses to be alerted and sometimes blocks your website. I use them for things that adsense would ban me for

I have gossip site and they are the type of traffic which click anywhere, they are the most stupid traffic and hence very keen to clicking anything idk why you not getting clicks on adsense. May be there is definite flaw in how you place your ads, so even if you will use clicksor earnings will not improve.

I would better suggest you to stick to adsense.
But the CTR could be improved in the future based on the type of content and the placement of ads.
which type of ads are you using, banners or text ads.
If it is banner ads you get paid low for every click.

i have used them before and i must say my site becomes slower than usual.

Here is a sample of my ad placement, if you could give me any advice on improving my click thru's that would be great. Only AD #6 is Text and Image, all others are image only.

One more thing, Only 2, 3 and 6 are Adsense.

I'm not using space 7 and 5 at all right now.

I'm not sure how old your experiences with Clicksor are, but it doesn't comply with their network today. I've started using Clicksor again a year ago, and I have to say, their IT system improved a lot. I don't experience any slow downs or viruses yet, and their customer service is awesome...live support ftw! Don't see the harm in trying it IMO, more $$$
