Strating a Health portal .. Help needed

I am going to start a health portal like webmd dot com. I kindly request you guys to suggest me a good wordpress theme which is almost like webmd or healthcentral dot com.

Also I would be very happy if you could suggest me some unique design layouts.

Yeah I have been there and its an wonderful place actually, But its really making me difficult to choose one perfect theme out of so many.

Not only medical themes any theme would be okay, I can customize it but it should be suitable for a portal, It should have all the features like webmd has
