So this is probably as noob as it gets, but here's what I'm trying to do...

I work for a company that supports the Wordpress community and I've been assigned a project that involves personally contacting as many successful Wordpress bloggers, designers, consultants, or just anyone with a serious involvement with Wordpress.

So here's what I want to do -- I want to generate a lead list of as many Wordpress sites as I can on the web. Extra points for being able to sort them by pagerank, know whether they are self hosted or not, generate lists by topic or keyword, and have links specifically to their contact page, email, phone number etc. My intent is to call or email this list one-by-one to discuss partnership and affiliate stuff.

How would you BH professionals handle this if you had to? What steps would take and what tools would you use?

I was going to go through a crash course in Scrapebox and see if I could pull it off, but figured I'd stop in and ask first in case i'm missing something, and to see if anyone could help.

Scrapebox can do almost everything you need, but you'll have to do it in batches for the keyword groupings. Relatively painless and very affordable. Get to it!

Will I need to mess with proxy lists or anything since I'm not posting comments or the like?

Think anyone on BHW or some outsourcing site (fivr, odesk, etc) would want to run these for me periodically for a small fee?
