Auto Surfers

I have a blog for my business with adsense. I want to increase page views and visits.
Is there a good auto surf website that shows each surfer as a unique ip visitor and maybe hides the referrer?
or a way to meta refresh or some other way to make this work good?

yeah i used them years ago and the only downfall was the referrer

can adsense/google see that? or is it private?

also is there a way to metarefresh or something else to hide the referrer?
